PNC traffic plan needs work
As a veteran of more than 100+ Concerts I know to plan my exit as the artist performs the last song of the evening. I did so at Rod Stewart after an enjoyable time and beat 99% of the audience out of the arena, yet still sat in standstill traffic for over an hour just to get out of the parking lot! I can’t imagine what the thousands of people did that left after me. Also had difficulty transferring my tickets into my Apple wallet. Only one ticket of my two transferred so I was forced to go to the ticket window to get it straightened out and of course they only had two employees working the ticket office which is unconscionable on the night of a show.
PNC charlotte was not a pleasant experience.
